This portal serves as a central hub that aggregates and enhances the visibility of active funding sources, comment solicitations, research opportunities, events, and other participatory initiatives geared towards advancing transportation electrification – primarily across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
This list is managed by Duke University’s Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability as part of the Southeast Electric Transportation Regional Initiative (SETRI).

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Division of Purchases has issued a second Request for Proposals (RFP) for Kentucky’s Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program to install up to 16 additional stations along Kentucky's interstates and parkways. The purpose of the RFP is to seek proposals for the planning, deployment, operation, and maintenance of Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Stations (EVSE Stations) throughout Kentucky, as part of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program. The SC Energy Office (SCEO) received formula funding through the US Department of Energy’s (US DOE) Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program to award subgrants to projects and programs that improve energy efficiency, cut carbon emissions, and reduce energy use.
Units of local governments in South Carolina may apply for subgrants from SC EECBG Competitive Program if they were not eligible to receive direct EECBG funding from US DOE. The SCEO plans to award no more than 30 SC EECBG subgrants ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 each.
